1. Pretreatment of Biomass Pyrolysis Plant
In order to improve the charcoal quality and yield, we have some requirements for the raw materials. For example, the water content should be less than 15%. Also, it is better smaller than 20 mm. So we will equip the auxiliary equipment according to your raw materials, such as dryer, crusher, etc.
2. Biomass Pyrolysis Process
The prepared raw materials will be conveyed to the carbonization furnace. The furnace is automatic working so that it is easy and safe to operate. Moreover, our biomass pyrolysis plant uses a “one-fire-two-steps” design. So the raw materials are dried within 150 ℃. When the temperature reaches up to 300 ℃, charcoal will be generated. In general, the carbonization temperature is between 300 to 600 degrees. This design will make full use of the heat and also improve the carbonization speed.
3. Discharging System
Generally, you can get charcoal 15 to 20 minutes later after feeding. In order to keep workers from high temperature, we use a water cooling system to quickly cool down the charcoal to 30℃ or less. Besides, the charcoal should be saved under an oxygen-free condition to avoid spontaneous combustion.
4. Purification System
Firstly, this system is able to remove the sulfur of combustible gas. Meanwhile, there is a condensing system to extract tar and wood vinegar out. Thirdly, we also have a multiple dedusting system to purify the leftover gas. More than that, you can choose the equipment according to your local policy.
